The first appointment is 1 hour of thorough medical history taking.  There are required forms to be filled out prior to the first visit.  Refer to the Intake forms located in the side bar of this page.  Bring any recent bloodwork and lab testing that your medical doctor has requested.  Bring any supplements and medication that you are currently taking.
